Cancellation Policy
To book a session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit secures your date and time and will be applied toward your total session fee. Payment & Booking The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received and booking is acknowledged. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Editing & Image Delivery All images are professionally edited in the photographer’s signature style. RAW files are not provided. Additional edits or retouching requests outside the agreed package may incur extra fees. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a fee adjustment. Usage Rights The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
